Combining entrepreneurship, general management, executive education, association and technology experience, I am currently CEO at Soles4Souls (www.soles4souls.org), the largest provider of free shoes to children in need around the world.
Soles4Souls collects new and used shoes and clothing to give to those in crisis (in the US and around the world) and to support micro-business efforts to break the cycle of poverty.
From 2009-2012, I was President/COO of EBS Executive Business Services, a holding company that includes RTM Networks, StarKart and the National Association of Local Advertisers (NALA).
· StarKart and NALA provide business products, services and online and offline advertising to local businesses in the US and Canada.
· RTM provides professional and personal development networks for university alumni and membership organizations.
Previously, I was the Chief Network Officer at Young Presidents’ Organization. In that role from 2002-2009, I focused on finding new and innovative ways to connect more than 20,000 business leaders from around the world to address business and personal issues. Young Presidents' Organization is an education organization with more than 20,000 member CEOs in 100+ countries.
Prior to that, I was President of ClickPatrol, an online advertising management company, which we sold in 2002. Previously, I co-founded Knowledge Builder, where we developed e-learning programs for clients such as Nokia, Prudential, Ernst & Young and Fox Sports.
Before launching my entrepreneurial career in 1998, I spent the last three years of a seven-year stint at YPO as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director.
I graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Religious Studies and French from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia USA and then earned a MA/MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas USA.
